What is NSPIRE and why is it important?
NSPIRE (National Standards for the Physical Inspection of Real Estate) is HUD’s new inspection protocol that replaces the previous Housing Quality Standards (HQS). It introduces more comprehensive and standardized inspection criteria that all Housing Choice Voucher properties must meet starting October 1, 2025.
What will be covered in the training?
The training will cover key changes from HQS to NSPIRE, new inspection criteria, common compliance issues, preparation strategies, and best practices for maintaining properties that meet NSPIRE standards.
Can I attend online if I can't make it in person?
Yes! Each training session is offered both in-person and online via video conference. You’ll receive the same comprehensive training content regardless of how you choose to attend.

Don’t Wait! Register Today!

Ensure your properties are compliant with new NSPIRE standards. Limited spots available for each session.
