Amended Admissions and Continued Occupancy Policy
The Lafayette Housing Authority will conduct a Public Hearing at 2:30 P.M. on Tuesday July 6, 2021, at the Meeting Room of the Housing Authority at 115 Kattie Drive, Lafayette, LA, 70501, (Rear Entrance). The purpose of the hearing is to obtain citizen input on the following subjects:
- Amendment of the Admissions and Continued Occupancy Policy to include but not limited to the revised Flat Rents, Utility Allowances, and other items to comply with new HUD requirements.
- The Housing Authority’s Annual Agency Plan for 2021; of which the Housing Authority has formulated in compliance with HUD requirements.
- The Housing Authority’s Capital Fund Program (CFP) 5-Year Action Plan for 2021-2025, and Annual Statement for 2021; all of which the Housing Authority has formulated in compliance with HUD requirements.
The Amended Admissions and Occupancy Policy, Agency Plans and Capital Fund Plans are available for review at the Housing Authority Office at the 115 Kattie Drive, Lafayette, LA, 70501.
Those citizens unable to attend this hearing may submit their views in writing to:
