PUBLIC NOTICE: Public Hearing to be held Amending the Flat Rent Schedule

The Lafayette Housing Authority has scheduled a Public Hearing on Thursday July 24, 2025 at 8:00am, at the Meeting Room of the Housing Authority at 115 Kattie Drive, Lafayette, LA, 70501, (Rear Entrance). The purpose of the hearing is to obtain citizen input on the following subjects:

  • An amendment to the Housing Authority’s Flat Rent Schedule; of which the Housing Authority has formulated in compliance with 24 CFR § 960.253. The proposed amendment will result in an amendment to the Public Housing Agency (PHA) Annual Plan.

The Amended Flat Rent Schedule is available for review at the Housing Authority Office at 115 Kattie Drive, Lafayette, LA, 70501.

Those citizens unable to attend this hearing may submit their views in writing to:
